2012-2015 Early Childhood Education Specialist, FHI 360 Washington, DC
Provided educational early care training and technical assistance to American Indian/ Alaskan Natives Head Start programs across the United States. Developed and implemented training plans that included school readiness goals and family/community engagement.
2010-2012 Infant Toddler Specialist, Zero To Three Inc, Washington, DC
Developed a variety of multi-media resources in partnership with the Office of Head Start to service all 12 Regions across the country. All deliverables such as trainings and webinars were either onsite or virtual. The purpose was to provide current best practiced materials and information that addressed the needs of Infants and Toddlers. Coordinated the Start Up- Project which was an ARRA funded grant that identified and trained a consortium of over one hundred professional early care
providers. This training included how to develop policy and procedures for Early Head Start programs that serviced the population of ages 0-3.
2007-2009 Disability Specialist, Academy for Educational Development, Washington, DC
Organized trainings and conferences for tribal Head Start staff on children
With Disabilities. As a content specialist for the Head Start programs in Native American programs, resources were gathered, developed and disseminated. The materials included how to develop IEPs and IFSP’s according to The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) which included Part B and Part C (0-21).
2005-2007 Master Level Clinician, Family Continuity Inc. Barnstable County, MA
Conducted clinical evaluations according to the DSM-IV for eligibility, which allowed clinical individual and family therapy. Work setting included institutional settings, court rooms, and hospitals. Billable hours to the state Department of Health were based on the psychological social evaluations using a standardized instrument that resulted in an eligible diagnosis.

Implemented Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) for infants and toddlers with disabilities. Primarily worked with speech and language delays and those families that were experiences family crisis and needed counseling services.
